In a major step towards expanding its national footprint, Dixon Technologies has signed a ₹1,000 crore Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government to set up a cutting-edge laptop and PC manufacturing facility in Oragadam, near Chennai. The agreement was inked on Wednesday in the presence of Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa.

The upcoming unit will be developed within the Indospace Industrial Park in Kancheepuram district, approximately 45 kilometres from Chennai.
